1. Before the phone consultation:
· Complete electronic Business Intake Form. Upon receiving confirmation of completion, an email will be sent confirming the date and time of the phone consultation.
· A second email will be sent, which will provide help resources for you to review before the phone consultation.
2. The Kickoff:
· Review and sign the Engagement Letter
· Access the client portal to finalize your setup (Quick, Easy, and Secure)
· Complete the Business Tax Organizer and return to us at your earliest convenience
3. Upload all documents to the client portal via Financial Cents
· Photo IDs of all owners (front & back copies)
· Upload financial reports (P&L statement, Balance Sheet at year-end, General Ledger at year-end, and Trial Balance at year-end)
· The last 2 years of returns filed…complete set of IRS, State, & local (All pages)
4. Assemble your returns:
A multi-step preparation and review process to ensure 100% accuracy.
5. Finalize:
We provide an unfiled copy of your returns for your review and electronic signature. At this point, you will need to process payment for the remaining balance.
6. E-File your returns:
We will e-file the returns upon receiving confirmation of your signature(s) and payment.
7. That's a wrap!
You will receive a digital copy of your e-filed returns (usually 2-3 business days)
